i agree with philosophies of both baby whisperer and baby wise..they give a lot of good advice. the happiest baby book is also a good read. you are my new mommy friend!
i liked babywise. read book 1 and 2 but you won't have to read 2 for a little while. healthy sleep habits, happy child by weissbluth is the book i swore by for sleeping. happy motherhood! i read so many books after i had nathan also!
oh my goodness, sarah! you're such a wonderful mom!!! i knew you would be so calm, loving and so all together once rebecca was born. =) but seriously, how do you have the time to read??? =) well, i loved the book, the 5 love languages of children, by gary chapman. it's nothing really profound but reminds us of a very important foundation. congrats, again to both of you!!---elena =)
dunno if you remember me, but we bumped into you guys at young dong soontofu in san gabriel that one time. i went to puc with joey, and saw your blog through son's blog. just wanted to say congratulations on your adorable little one! it's nice to hear another little girl has born! :) i am just amazed you are reading so much so soon after your delivery. you're a rock star! anyway, i also like what to expect the first year, as well as healthy sleep habits, healthy child by dr. marc weissbluth. we also used "the happiest baby on the block" method by dr. harvey karp, but we watched the dvd instead! highly recommend his method the first 4 months! congrats again!

Oops that was me -- Candice!
Congrats on the new arrival! read Parenting by the Spirit and it's age related books by Sally Hohenberger.
Lots of things to think about now!
Good luck!
Joyce
I'm getting into Babywise--and it all makes sense so far. I hope it works for our future little one! ^^*
